Over the course of my internet journeys, I've made several friends and acquaintances both in and out of the writing business. Here are a few sites I'd recommend.

AGLOCO, which stands for A GLObal COmmunity, is the second coming of AllAdvantage, a service that literally pays you to surf the internet. By installing their viewbar into your favorite web browser, small ads are served at the bottom of the screen, and they send you a check/cheque every month with your earnings. Their security and privacy measures are top notch: you will not be bombarded with popups, spam emails, or anything of that sort. Just an extra chunk of money each month. If you choose to sign up, please use my referral.

The Commentary features "On The Line", a section wherein fellow Vancouverite Joseph Planta interviews such personalities as Jerry Wasserman, Jim Taylor, Terry Gould, Dustin Diamond, and Libby Davies. An editorial column is also updated regularly by Planta, as well as other contributing writers.

Hayes3D.com is the official online portfolio of Mike Hayes, a traditional and digital artist based out of Vancouver, Canada. He specializes in 3D modeling, and has been credited with work in Need for Speed Underground, NBA Live 2004, and other video games from Electronic Arts.

Mobile Magazine is a Vancouver Island-based online publication specializing in news and reviews on the latest in Automotive and Portable Technology from around the world. Owned and operated by Pilato Publishing Inc. (Fabrizio Pilato).

John Chow dot Com is a blog by Vancouver "dot com mogul" John Chow. He dispenses tips on how to make money online.
